Bad Luck
Why must i being so bad luck recently……
Family problem, work problem (all are just attack me in a same time)…….
could i have a break……
could i just stay away from the world…..
without knowing what is happening out there….
i need a peaceful life…….
Why must i responsible for people mistake……
One after one, i wouldn’t know when will be the next…..
And when will be the last………
Could i say that it will be the best solution if i quit my job….
I really hope that we can pause our life sometimes……

lee wei..is a challenge u mst take it…dun quit ur job..jz face it…i duno wat happen w ur job…but sometime is a lot of misunderstanding..n as a superior..problem come..u hv no choice..jz try ur best to solve it..dun link everything in 1…plz try to forgot all the pass..pay attention w wat u r doing…n make it clear to urself.take care n good luck….bad luck will not alwz follow u…

Anyway no is Oct already, i still remember more than 1 year yourself in Shang Group already, this is i and you and others bosses such as Eric, Dennis, Joshua is facing the problem of staff shang. this is the culture of shang which all the person from Front Office Supervisior above level will face all the problem like auditor issue, guest issue, staff mistake.
